 Doris Zuur\, who has been baking the slow way for decades: rye sourdoughs 
 raised on a living starter\, wholemeal loaves that rise through an afterno
 on\, Swiss Zopf plaited by hand\, focaccia\, and a fermented buckwheat loa
 f for those who can't take wheat. Her bread is the kind that fills a house
  with its smell and a table with quiet conversation. Spend an afternoon wi
 th her in our kitchen. You'll mix\, knead\, plait and bake alongside her. 
 You'll learn how to keep a starter alive\, how to read a dough by touch\, 
 and the small decisions — temperature\, time\, a bit of gusto — that turn 
 flour and water into a good loaf. You'll leave with: A jar of living start
 er to take home A warm loaf from the oven Doris's full recipe collection (
 rye sourdough\, wholemeal\, Swiss Zopf\, fermented buckwheat\, focaccia\,

 ermaculture as a design tool for life itself — your community projects\, y
 our business\, your relationships\, even your next family meal. We'll expl
 ore the design process together\, then apply it to real situations in smal
 l groups. You'll learn to use permaculture ethics as a lens: Is what I'm d
 oing caring for the planet and people? Is it ensuring a fair share of reso
 urces? This isn't about following recipes — it's about principles\, carefu
 l assessment\, and truly listening to what each unique situation needs. Wh
 en you reach a crossroads in life\, whether chosen or unexpected\, the per
 maculture design tool offers a framework. A scaffold for moving forward wi
 th intention\, embracing diversity and care\, and making good use of your 
 time and energy. This is an introductory session. The topic is as vast as 
 life itself\, and as diverse and magical as the natural world around us. W

 th. Somatic Breathwork™ is a full embodiment experience designed to help y
 ou release stress\, trauma\, emotions and stuck energy from the body. This
  is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of yo
 urself that no longer serve\, making room for you to call in what will hel
 p facilitate change within your life. Somatic Breathwork™ uses a conscious
 ly connected breath pattern to help you tap into your body's innate inner 
 intelligence and find the areas that need clearing. Coupling the breath wi
 th immersive music may result in different forms of cathartic emotional re
 leases such as laughing\, moving\, crying\, yelling\, and shaking. All for
 ms of expression are encouraged as it allows the body to move any pent up 
 energy and create space for the second half of the breathwork journey. A g
 entler breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to he
 lp you connect with who you truly are. Together we can use the breath to c
 all in how you want to show up in the world\, the changes you want to make
 \, and allow you to see clearly what it would be like to live your best li

 our own kai in a real working market garden. Our Home Garden Workshop Seri
 es runs monthly through the growing season - hands-on\, practical\, and de
 signed for beginners and developing home gardeners. Spring sessions (all S
 aturdays\, 1:00PM - 2:30PM):Sat 19 Sep - Starting a Garden & Building No-D
 ig Garden BedsSat 24 Oct - Seed RaisingSat 28 Nov - Transplanting & Direct
  Seeding Pick your session(s) below - $30 a spot\, or grab the Spring Pack
  and come to all three for $60 (Save 33%). Summer and Autumn blocks will b
 e released as the season rolls on. Each session is led by Cam and the Mang
 aroa garden team\, with seasonal skills you can take straight home to your
  own patch. All levels welcome. We'll be outdoors - bring gloves\, weather
 -appropriate clothing\, sturdy closed-toe footwear and a drink bottle. In 
 case of heavy rain we'll postpone and notify you directly. If cost is a ba
