 th.Somatic Breathwork™ is a full embodiment experience designed to help yo
 u release stress\, trauma\, emotions and stuck energy from the body. This 
 is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of you
 rself that no longer serve\, making room for you to call in what will help
  facilitate change within your life. Somatic Breathwork™ uses a consciousl
 y connected breath pattern to help you tap into your body's innate inner i
 ntelligence and find the areas that need clearing. Coupling the breath wit
 h immersive music may result in different forms of cathartic emotional rel
 eases such as laughing\, moving\, crying\, yelling\, and shaking. All form
 s of expression are encouraged as it allows the body to move any pent up e
 nergy and create space for the second half of the breathwork journey. A ge
 ntler breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to hel
 p you connect with who you truly are. Together we can use the breath to ca
 ll in how you want to show up in the world\, the changes you want to make\
 , and allow you to see clearly what it would be like to live your best lif
