 e simple magic of fermentation and take home the skills to keep your kai a
 live with good bacteria. You'll make and take home 3 different jars of veg
 etables to ferment at home\, enjoy a shared meal where you can taste a var
 iety of krauts\, kombucha and sourdough bread\, and be provided with start
 ers\, a detailed handout and recipes to continue your fermentation journey
