Katherine Mansfield Drive

Register your interest.

These are expressions of interest for 11 home sites at Katherine Mansfield Drive. Registering doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t secure a site. It tells us who’s out there and helps shape how the process works.

About you
Who would be moving here?
What you’re looking for
What are you interested in?
When would you be ready to buy?
Does that timing still work if sections aren’t available until 2027/28?
Financial readiness

This helps us understand what’s realistic — it’s not a screening test, and nothing here is binding.

What price range are you working with for the land?
How would you fund a purchase?
Would you need to sell an existing property first?
What draws you here
Do you already have a connection to this area?
Are you currently involved with Mangaroa Farms? (optional — tick any)
Understanding the model
Home sites will carry design guidelines and a conservation covenant. Is that something you’d want to know more about before proceeding?

We collect this information to plan the Katherine Mansfield Drive development and to contact you about it. It isn’t shared outside the project team. To update or remove your details at any time, email welcome@mangaroa.org.
